Description: This feature class contains all basins associated with surface public water supplies in Arkansas. Methods used to create this data include manually digitizing basin boundaries using USGS topographic maps as a reference to utilizing ArcGIS geoprocessing tools starting with digital elevation models. Exit, or pour point, for basins corresponds to surface intake. Coordinate system is NAD83 UTM Zone 15.
